FAQ

How do I install a US eSIM?

Most providers issue a QR code immediately upon purchase. You simply scan this QR code in your phone's cellular settings to install the profile. Some providers, like HOLASIM, Saily, and Nomad, also offer one-click installation directly through their mobile apps.

Does my phone support eSIM?

Generally, Apple iPhones from the XS/XR series (2018) onward, Google Pixel 3 and newer, and Samsung Galaxy S20 and newer support eSIM technology. Always verify your device is carrier-unlocked before purchasing.

Why is HOLASIM's "never-expiring" feature useful?

Unlike traditional travel eSIMs that must be deleted after your plan expires, HOLASIM allows you to keep the digital profile on your device forever. When traveling again, you simply purchase a new data package for your destination and activate it instantly on the same eSIM.
